Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
By combining information from ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, Google Sheets reports, advertising data and operational workflows, I’ve built executive dashboards and client reports that give faster, more reliable visibility into performance across the business.
These dashboards were designed to reduce manual reporting, improve data accessibility, and give leadership a closer-to-real-time understanding of revenue, fulfillment, inventory, customer activity and operational performance. The goal was never simply to visualize data, but to create a reporting layer that helps teams align around shared metrics, spot issues earlier, and decide with more confidence.
Data sources
To support timelier reporting I built scheduled data workflows on a dedicated Ubuntu server that pull from multiple business systems at regular intervals and prepare the results for Looker Studio. These jobs collect, normalize and update source data from ERP systems, ecommerce tools, operational reports and Google Sheets, creating a reporting repository that can be queried without depending on manual exports or stale extracts.
Timed server-side pulls, structured processing and centralized reporting feeds mean the dashboards reflect current business activity rather than last month’s snapshot.
